Dallas area is looking for 2 Functional Clarify Business Analyst resources. Contract starting immediately and will last AT LEAST through the end of September if not through the end of 12/08. Have multiple projects in Clarify. First project is to hit the deadline by end of September (Note other projects will be starting before end of September so time could be split between projects. Highly prefer that have the following: Hands on experience with multiple versions of Clarify..... Amdocs CRM 6 Clarify V. 10.6 Clarify 13 If doesn't have experience with multiple versions of Clarify (even versions other than those listed above) will possibly consider if ONLY has Clarify V 13. Must be able to handle Production issues. From a functional perspective understand ClearSupport and ClearLogistics works and Clarify classic client and Clarify Support Module. Do not have to have PL/SQL as do the Clarify Developers that looking for. Primary Clarify Modules working with are Billing and Logistics. Have they ever done billing through Clarify is a good question to ask. Within the Logistics module there are at least 4 projects underway so any exposure to the Logistics module will be of great value. Will support the developers (from a functional perspective) as they customize, build new functions. Any experience with RuleManager is a +. Other tools that are of value include RBA (rule based), Process Manager and SLA Manager.
