This is my direct-client opening for an *Senior IP Voice/Video Engineer*. This is a 6 - 11 Months contract in *Washington** DC*. The Hourly rate is DOE. These must be SME level individuals with BS, 5 years SME level work, multiple certifications as related, and a current TS/SCI Subject Matter Expert in IP convergence with specific emphasis in IP Voice/Video planning and integration Master level certification in IP convergence and/or IP networking technologies Expert in coordinating and integrating team design; will work closely with voice solution provider Experienced senior IP Voice engineer or architect with proven track record of success Hands-on technical knowledge and experience in the design, configuration and deployment of voice, computer, video-conferencing and switching systems for large enterprise implementations In-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems principles and concepts Familiarity with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) standards and ability to design network infrastructure to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and USSS security policy requirements Proven experience in designing, integrating and securing large, complex telecommunications environments Expert level, hands-on telecommunications troubleshooting skills Technical project management experience in gathering, identifying and translating customer requirements and developing potential solutions or recommendations for management decision Expertise in developing telecommunications specifications and developing proof of concept tests *Please complete the following skills-matrix and send back with your updated resume.* Full Name: Degree Major: Total IP Voice/Video planning exp: Total exp as IP Configuration: Total exp in Networking: Total IP voice solution exp: Total exp in telecommunications troubleshooting: Total exp in design, Configuration of Voice, video-conferencing and switching systems environment: Do you have knowledge in Federal Information Security Management?
