The Conversion Engineer will *analyze the application packaging and distribution requirements* *to package all of the applications required in the Back Office*. The Conversion Engineer will work with each line of business in the new organization to determine its *Business Application Requirements*, manage all of the applications within that set of requirements through data gathering, packaging, testing, delivery scheduling, software distribution and Day 1 Support .
