*Functional Project Analyst for Ariba/P2P Projects*
- Support meetings with the business units
- Assist in building rfx events in eSourcing tool
- Assist in composing business requirements documentation
- Track and communicate project dependencies and results with all
appropriate parties.
- Coordinate periodic status calls.
- Work on data harmonization projects by collecting information from
various sources, analyzing the data, and developing solutions.
- Support Change request process as needed
- Assist in implementing business strategies and technology-enabled
processes and tools in close partnership with appropriate groups
- Support the P2P team leads on projects
ยท Strong communications and analytical skills are necessary to make
recommendations and facilitate consensus building for program participation
and compliance
- Support the development of any new functionality
- Work with Procurement Leadership and sourcing colleagues as needed
