The BSA will help transfer data from acquired company to client. Prior experience in a similar role with Insurance Company is highly desirable. The rate is low but the client is open to Remote Location. The role may require light travel 1-2 times a month. Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location-**THIS POSITION WILL WORK REMOTE** Duration- 6-18 Months Client: Financial Company Musts: Heavy Data Conversion Project Experience, Insurance systems exposure is a HUGE plus! Business Systems Analyst The BSA is responsible for the requirements associated with preparing a broker office, or group of offices, to convert from their legacy system to a new agency management system. The BSA is responsible for gathering, documenting and reviewing the site specific requirements particularly around the data conversion process. These requirements will include: • Identification of data that will be automatically converted using the project tools vs data that will require manual entry in the new system • Identification of conversion business rules and how they apply to a particular site • Analysis and documentation for all mapping and data translation needs • Miscellaneous requirements, as needed, for site specific reports, forms, etc. Additional activities may include: • Support of the manual data entry exercise for data not included in the automated conversion • Support site related testing activities • Onsite support for pre cutover preparation • Onsite support for two weeks post cutover Skill set: • 3-5 years Insurance experience, preferably in a brokerage office • 3-5 years analysis experience involving both technical and business analysis • 1-3 years experience on projects involving database analysis and data conversions • Ability to perform analysis activities across multiple projects simultaneously • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suit, MS Project and Visio • Ability to adapt to last minute changes and manage the associated work through the changes • Experience with internet based applications, preferred • Willingness to support other projects as needed during peak times • Ability to function effectively in a virtual environment • Self-directed • Willingness to travel (30-45%) • Strong communication skills Thanks & Regards Harry Fax : 732-626-6092. mail : [EMAIL PROTECTED] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "AJAX_Tools" group.
