Position: Project Manager with Facets Project Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 6+ month Hourly Rate: Best Possible The candidate should have at least 7 years of dedicated project management experience, with an emphasis in the following areas: * Bachelors degree in information systems, business or related field * Project management * Healthcare or insurance industry * Facets 4.51 experience * Requirements gathering and gap analysis * Operational reporting requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment * Ad hoc reporting * Facilitation and executive-level coordination Specific duties include: 1. Track project plan, milestones, and deliverables. 2. Create weekly status reports and participate in weekly status meetings. 3. Create and manage workgroups. 4. Support the Business Integration Lead and coordinate with IT directors, Resource Managers and PMO Directors for resource assignments, creation of project deliverables, issue resolution and escalation. 5. Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes and action items. 6. Maintain an issues log; pro-actively work to resolve the issues and monitor progress on issue resolution. 7. Comply with the Client's Project Management Methodology standards. 8. Follow Client CMMI processes 9. Coordinate with business sponsor for business line deliverables such as training and procedures (SOP). 10. Develop PowerPoint presentations for periodic executive management updates. 11. Monitor and control all aspects of the project while working with a project solutions team.
