For Sharepoint- they will only be doing maintenance NOT development. They also want someone who comes for a development background. *The must have's are: Sharepoint (admin level), UML, ERD, CVS, XML, XSD*. *Duration: 6+Months*** *Location: El Segundo CA* *Rate:Open* This is what the manager says… As far as MUST have, I prefer somebody who has some experience in all the responsible areas mentioned. It's OK if they don't know the Borland Tools. Someone who is · *Hands On Technical Analyst* · SharePoint Admin · Requirements and Design Documentation Experience (Tech-Writer) – UML and ERD is must · Some OO Development background to write basic scripts *Key responsibilities*: Responsible for - *Administering Tools * o Managing Sharepoint, Borland tool updates, deployment to users o Managing Users on Borland tools (Caliber, Together) o Managing Subversion repository o Manage integration with Mercury tools o Collaborate on tool usage roadmap - *Administering Enterprise Models((UML, ERD, etc)* o Work with multiple groups to accurately capture use cases, service interfaces, data models and other model artifacts. o Merging Project wide changes into Enterprise Catalog o Maintaining Model repository up-to date with changes o Manage Model repository Website o Ensure governance of requirements vis-à-vis models. Work on automating governance and auditing tasks. o Collaborate on architecture of enterprise model roadmap(s) o Produce templates for use in automated document generation o Work with ESD team on MDA artifacts o Work with ESD team on creating and exporting for common use , Meta-data artifacts from enterprise models o Work with XSD's to turn XSD into UML models for common use within the enterprise - *Technical Writing* o Assist/Work on projects to assist in technical writing of documents o Continuously improve use of tools for automated document generation o Assist/Work with Presentations - *Administering Website* o Collaborate on look/ feel / usage of Sharepoint o Manage/Collaborate project based artifacts on Sharepoint o Manage users and permissions o Create web content based off of models - *Scripting* o Develop scripts for automation of model validation, prototyping etc - *General* o Focus on quality deliverables. o Display clear and effective verbal and written communications skills ** *Desired Skills*: - Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts - Experience with UML, QVT, Together, Caliber - Experience with Object-Oriented technologies - Database design and implementation experience - Some experience with Feature Driven or Use Case driven designs Experience implementing short term projects (less than 90 days) -- Thanks and Regards, Prabhu K.
