This position will support Test Automation activities for HCSC software applications. It will create acceptable quality automated tests to eliminate repeated manual testing and maintenance of regression test beds. This position would also increase technical direction and skills of the system testing team. Automated, repeatable test suites also provide traceability and additional audit ability for SOX compliance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Plan, Create and maintain and review single user GUI automation. 2. Plan, Create and maintain and review *Performance* and *Load* Tests. 3. Administration of *Automated* *Test* Framework. 4. Analyze output generated from automated tests (including Performance and Load Testing). 5. Monitor testing tools backend systems performance metrics to ensure optimization. 6. Oversee the implementation of testing products by junior testing engineers for use by testing team. 7. Evaluate and qualify testing products on leading-edge technology components. 8. Provide technical support to help resolve testing customers' product-related problems/issues. 9. Serve as a technical expert resolving critical and complex issues. 10. Provide technical direction and expertise to testing groups and/or departments. 11. Apply knowledge by providing significant contributions across multiple testing projects and by acting in a leadership/mentoring capacity. 12. Find solutions and initiate testing changes proactively in a proactive manner. 13. Organize testing projects and guide the direction of multiple-person projects. 14. Act as a technical leader within the team and serve as an SME and mentor. 15. Apply knowledge to multiple areas of the products and functional teams. 16. Produce strategies to address product and/or process requirements. 17. Assemble, motivate, and mentor effective teams. 18. Facilitate cooperative work among teams. 19. Take proactive leadership in guiding the direction of the organization and in making improvements in the organization. 20. Influence technical strategy, goals, and practices for the department. 21. Ensure product adherence to Enterprise product adoption standards. 22. Comply with *HIPAA*, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. 23. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business. 24.
