PeopleSoft Technical Conversion Position Length: 2 months possible extension Chapel Hill, NC Start: July 27th PeopleSoft technical conversion resource sought to assist in both design and development of conversion programs as part of the University's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Implementation. The system is running on a Solaris platform with an Oracle database. - Deep PeopleSoft experience along with strong communication skills is essential. - Candidate will have worked with Campus Solutions and have exposure to PeopleSoft Version 9 with Tools 8.49. - Technical experience with PeopleSoft development tools is essential. - Past experience on working with Universities is preferred. - Demonstrated expertise in Application Designer, Application Engine, Component interface, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, SQR, file layouts, and DataMover preferred. - Prior large scale conversion experience and knowledge also desirable. - Familiarity with COBOL a plus. *Candidates should be available no later than July 27*. We anticipate the duration of the work to be 2 months. An extension may be possible.
