The project may change, based on Agency business needs and priorities. The System Analyst III will be expected to provide analysis necessary to complete project tasks deliverables as assigned. Tasks and deliverables include, but are not limited to: ▪Define and document the system requirements and functional specifications, ▪Create the test strategy, test plan and test cases, ▪Coordinate and execute the functional testing and document the results ▪Work with Business and IS stakeholders to resolve process and system issues, ▪Define and document an implementation plan. Advanced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles and software technologies Required Advanced Experience with IBM/FileNet P8 platform (Version 3.5 or higher) Required Advanced Fujitsu Macroscrope software development lifecycle and deliverables templates Desired Int. Government agency processes used to deliver transportation improvement projects Desired This work will be performed in Salem, Oregon, and will generally be 40 hours per week.
