The Senior Developer must have extremely heavy Silverlight (Min 1.5 or 2 years), heavy Financial investment experience and .NET and C# experience (both can be light experience). Ideally my client is looking for candidates local to Boston that can interview and start ASAP, but of town candidates will also be considered. Client will conduct an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person interview, so candidates on the East coast would be preferable.
