Position:* * *SAP HR ECM (Enterprise Compensation Management) Consultant* Location: *Oregon / Maryland * Duration: *3 Months+* * * *Responsibilities Include:* · Implementing Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM) functionality. · Configuring SAP HR and SAP Enterprise Portal to achieve desired functionality in ECM. · Managing portal configuration including iViews, pages, worksets, and roles. · Participating in and facilitating client meetings, interviews and workshops focused on collecting business requirements for ECM. · Understanding of technical development of custom iViews in order to recommend innovative solutions. · Developing client recommendations and new Portal solutions around SAP HR functions. · Developing and writing proposals, attending client sales meetings * * *Minimum Requirements:*** · Minimum 5 yrs SAP HR configuration experience (version 4.6 or above; at least 2 full life-cycle engagements), including 2 years configuring / implementing Enterprise Compensation Management or Compensation Management · Knowledge of web-based ECM transactions such as Budgeting and Job Pricing · Secondary module experience in personnel administration, organizational management required.
