DB2 > 5 yrs f. Other utilities & JCL > 5 yrs 2. Should have development & production Support experience 3. Should have experience as an independent contributor 4. Should have experience of handling a team of at least 10 people Offshore 5. Good Communication skills are a must 6. Should have prior experience of customer facing.
