Position : Sr. Cognos Developer(Need Locals or nearby states) Location : Beaverton, OR Duration : 3+ Months Roles & Responsibilities associated with this role: • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Database Developers to obtain report requirements, and develop Cognos Framework models and reports in support of those requirements • Develop Cognos FM models to support requirements • Develop Cognos Report Studio reports to support requirements • Unit test reports to ensure functionality per requirements • Assist Business System Analysts in execution of test scripts and troubleshooting during QA test cycle • Tune report performance during QA testing cycle • Framework models and reports in support of Integrated Planning Project requirements • Approximately 10-20 reports (primarily developed in Report Studio) Skills/Roles Required for this Position: Top Must Have: • Expert in Cognos report development (5+ years) • 2 years experience with relational and or multidimensional databases and data modeling required. • Extensive experience in building Cognos Framework models • Experience with Teradata and Informatica utilities preferred. • Experience developing reports in Oracle database environment • Expertise with Oracle SQL Nice to Have/Highly Desired, but not required: • Experience working directly with business customers to obtain functional requirements • Experience authoring functional specifications and test scripts Shankar, AIT Resource Group Inc. 847 - 598 - 4444 ext 8804 [email protected] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "AJAX_Tools" group.
