Client is looking for an *Information Security Analyst - Austin, TX*. This is a* 3 months* Contract position*. *The Hourly rate is* $40/hr. * * * *Job Description:* The development and performance of technical vulnerability risk assessments. Experience working with government entities is a plus. Candidate must have demonstrable experience in developing information security programs and analyzing security related issues. Candidate must have demonstrable experience in auditing or working with auditors in performing security risk assessments Critical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Strong working knowledge of Information Technology and I/T Security. - Skill in analyzing, recommending, and developing risk reports. - Working knowledge of Intra/Inter/Extranet security issues and architecture. - Knowledge of effective project management practices. - Skill in interpersonal communications and collaboration. - Skill in critical analysis, problem solving, and project planning. - Ability to organize highly complex function projects and direct implementation.
