Job Title: *Senior Solution Architect* Location: *Greenbay, WI* Duration: *6 Month* *Solution Architect Profile* · 10-15 years experience in IT with 5+ years in solutions or systems architecture – Oracle product experience necessary (one or more of Siebel, EBS, OTM). Understand enough of the technical product details to discuss and recommend informed choices based on cost or flexibility · Experience related to Oracle application products and technologies and how to architect solutions that meet business objectives/goals. · Required experience functioning in an Enterprise Architecture group with good understanding of EA processes, governance (e.g. ARB) · Ability to create transitional and end state application/systems architectures to meet stated enterprise objectives. Create logical architecture artifacts in EA repository and use to guide designs within projects. Also align architecture to other domains of business, information and infrastructure. Ability to include functional data integration perspective between systems. · Experience tying business capabilities to system capabilities and maintaining the repository of application assets that deliver those capabilities. Ability to easily navigate and understand business processes and requirements · Required experience in architecture trade-off analysis to drive decisions that consider short term (doability in schedule/resources, implication to project ROI timing) and long term implications (TCO, flexibility, alignment to end state objectives) · Experience as project/release architect guiding appropriately through the different phases of a large scale project · Preferred experience in architecting MDM solutions across COTS and home-grown applications · Expertise preferable (not required) in Oracle portal and content management capabilities and technologies · Ability to tactfully negotiate with broad set of stakeholders (at all levels of business and IT leadership) and influence in a matrix environment. · Ability to work independently, driving through work and issues with minimal direction · Willingness to leverage identified SMEs, business and technical, in order to complete work and resolve issues · Preferred experience in Transportation and Logistics industry * * *If interested I would request you to send me your updated resume with the following details please,* 1.
