Citizen Self Service (CSS) module as a Senior Technical Consultant. This person will have significant responsibilities as part of Citizen Self Service (CSS) project development and implementation. This position will be responsible for managing and assisting with the design, development, and implementation of the project software application and databases. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: · Work flow analysis, · Design, · Modeling, · Development, · Implementation and support services, · Security, networking, · System migration, · Performance monitoring / measurement, · System stress testing, · Establishing and measuring quality control benchmarks, · And advise on production rollout. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Ø Cúram Certified Developer in Cúram v5.2 Ø Minimum of (10) ten years experience working with Cúram, and experience with Cúram Citizen Self Service (CSS). Ø Must have product development experience in Cúram as a team lead. Ø Experience in using Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT) for rules development, and IEG2. Ø Experience analyzing and documenting requirements for Cúram implementations. Ø Experience in fast paced Cúram implementations at multiple client sites.
