Research internal and external best practices related to Workforce Management efforts within the Utility industry. Work within a team of Business Analysts to refine and manage detailed business and technical requirements. Clarify requirements for stakeholders and vendors during a vendor selection process. Work with BAs and stakeholders to develop detailed system and user acceptance test plans to be used during vendor selection and implementation. Maintain traceability between requirements and test plans. Execute test plans and document results. Potentially participate in process mapping, user training and initial system support efforts. Business Requirements Gathering/Specification - at least 5 years experience Software Requirements Specification of third party software for RFP purposes - at least 3 years experience Writing and executing System and User Acceptance Test Plans - at least 5 years experience Excellent ability to communicate with Business and IT resources Ability to work well within highly focused team Utility Business/IT experience is strongly desired GIS/Mapping Experience is strongly desired Workforce Management project experience - specifically Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) are strongly desired.
