Client is looking for a *UMTS/GSM Protocol Stack Analyzer - Allenstown, PA.This is a 7 months Contract Position*. The hourly rate is *$40/hr on W2*. *Local candidates only * * * *Job Function:* • 2G/3G protocol stack analysis • L2/L3 log analysis to determine cause of failure (Call drops, FTO, etc.) • L1 log analysis for checking radio conditions, SIR TPC, CRC errors, etc. • Compare UE behavior with 3GPP specifications • Clearly report analysis using change management system Qualifications: • Experience with 2G/3G protocol stack particularly L2 and L3 • Familiar with ANS.1, NAS messaging, RRC, RLC, HSPA, multi-RAB, AMR • Software experience (C, C++, Java) • Good communication skills. • BSEE or BSCE *Please complete the following skills-matrix and send back with your updated resume*.
