Required skills and certifications include: · Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM): · Monitoring Solution MOM2005 / SCOM2007 · Windows Systems Operations and Server Administration · Microsoft Exchange Server Administration, Deployment, and Operations This consultant leads the effort to update and maintain the Senate SCOM environment, developing the necessary design change processes, testing design, and process updates in the development and staging labs and documenting changes to the design and procedures. This role will also advise and lead the activities involved with trouble-shooting SCOM-related issues and documenting applied updates. The consultant will have a technical understanding of the client's messaging infrastructure and the installed products. They will possess technical writing skills necessary to review documentation and communications produced by the Engineering staff, and have leadership abilities required to delegate and deliver progress on multiple simultaneous efforts.
