Please send your resumes to [email protected] only Title: Sr. Order Management & Logistics Business Analyst Location: Redmond , WA Status: USA Citizen or GC Only Duration: 6 + months BASIC FUNCTION: This analyst is responsible for data enrichment, user responsibility design, Process design, UAT planning and execution, Training design and delivery, and general Business Engagement preparing Logistics business and B2B customer service teams for Oracle ERP deployment. OVERVIEW: This senior analyst should have experience with deployment of Order Management and related knowledge of Order-to-Cash modules. (Pricing, Transportation Mgt, AR). Prefer Oracle, but comparable experience with other systems is sufficient. Candidate should also have general proficiency in supply chain fundamentals as they relate to planning, manufacturing, order capture, order fulfillment, transportation carrier assignment and routing, shipping documents, shipping labels etc. Experience with interfaced 3rd parties preferred. As part of this team examples of your tasks will include but are not limited to the following: § Prepare data files for conversion, perform validation of converted data on behalf of business teams § Develop and deliver change mgt. workshops to prepare the business for change § Resolve design issues where system is not meeting business needs by closely collaborating with functional teams § Create To Be Process Flows, conduct business process design workshops § Support business input to user responsibility design § Plan for UAT, help execute and track UAT results § Support cutover and deployment planning § Define training modules, create training materials, deliver training § Must have ability for occasional travel PRINCIPLE FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: § Build client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations. § Design and enable both process and system automation for customers (internal and external) through cost effective solutions. § Work with manager and PMO team to understand project's strategic impacts, and provide inputs to develop an integrated project plan with steps to mitigate risk. § Continuously monitor performance against the plan, and report status and other metrics related to the assigned project(s). § Work extensively with Oracle Apps in Order-to-Cash § Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, provide estimates, and create functional specification documents to meet the requirements. § Assist with creation of detailed implementation plans. § Effectively communicate application changes to the affected parties. § Provide post implementation support for the implemented solutions. This would involve analyzing issues to figure out the best solutions, and working with technical and change management teams to get the changes implemented. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Essential Qualifications and Skills: § 5+ years hands-on experience working in Logistics roles, proven supply chain experience. § 2+ years experience in working on Order Management and related module deployments § Strong leadership and communications skills § Good analytical skills utilizing structured development and problem solving techniques § Good project management skills § Able to be self directed and deal successive and varied assignments across the order fulfillment space.
