This position is mainly responsible for performing break/fix work. ?Analyzes the needs of the user providing technical support as part of the Information Technology Department, such as designing, coding, implementing and debugging programs. ?Design, code, and test programs for use by both employees, customers, clients and scheduled jobs in a Windows or Internet browser interface. ?Analyzes workflow to provide systems to support or replace labor intensive or repetitive tasks. ?Integrates, maintains, tests, and resolves issues with 3rd party software and existing systems. ?Analyzes end user data needs and develops user oriented solutions which interface with existing applications. ?Communicates with clients on issues related to delivery of account information by electronic means. ?Provides estimates for resources required to implement programming solutions. ?Manages and takes ownership of multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
