This is a multiple application development and maintenance effort. * Knowledge of other Rational tools such as RequisitePro and TestManager is useful. * Knowledge of the SR5/SR6 and 7.1.x releases is needed. * Should have experience in understanding process steps in SDLC and to be able to work with users in a full life-cycle CM environment. *ITIL V3 understanding is helpful. * Individuals need to be able to operate independently and as a member of a team * Willing and required to support off-hours and on-call attendance * Ability to work with security and system administrators to resolve security issues, performance issues, stability issues *COMMENTS:* If an offer is made, a 7 year criminal background check and drug screening will be conducted.
