Resource will be involved in an integration activity to consolidate the existing 31 billing systems onto 5 - 8 surviving systems. Experience with *Contracts and Billing Modules* *Accounts Receivable, Order Management and GL are a plus*. *Summary: * Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* ? Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. ? Identifies business requirements and effectively translates business requirements into design specifications. ? Develops and/or revises design documentation. ? Identifies elements of the existing system to incorporate in new designs, and prepares formal design specifications for review. ? Uses hardware and system software resources, and conforms to appropriate standards. ? Performs other related duties as assigned. *Qualifications:* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
