• Documenting business requirements, use cases and functional software
specification • Liaison with technical development team to clarify
requirements • Writing test plans/cases/scripts and documenting acceptance
test results • Entering and processing change requests for enhancements and
bug fixes • Providing time estimates for various work products • Interfacing
with project management, development, technical support, as needed •
Training customers and other staff members in new features as required •
Documenting training and user manuals • Supporting sales engagements with
subject matter expertise as required Skill Requirements: • Ability to work
well in team environment and on individual task assignments • Working
knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and QA processes •
Experience in documentation of business requirements, analyses, and
functional software specification • Excellent written and oral communication
skills • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision • Must be
comfortable working under time commitments and concurrent assignments on
multiple projects. • Expertise with requirements gathering and testing tools
such as Caliber RM and Quality Center
