*REQUIREMENT (2)**:*

*Title: *PeopleSoft Developer

*Location:* Milwaukee, WI (OR) Lombard, IL

*Duration:*  6months

* *

*Responsibilities:*

? Assist analysts and designers in conceptualizing and development of new
software programs and applications.
? Assist in the preparation and documentation of program requirements and
specifications.
? Research and document requirements of program users
? Conduct research on emerging application development software products,
languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
? Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
? Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications
according to specifications and development standards.
? Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs
for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and
general debugging.
? Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to
problem areas.
? Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
? Work as part of a larger team maintaining the current *PeopleSoft Internet
Architecture (PIA)*
? Monitor releases of PeopleSoft patches and fixes; analyze impact to the
current configuration
? Assist in Administration of multiple PeopleSoft *environments [Financials
9.0 (Core), Financials 8.4 (VES-IS), HR 8.3 (VES-IS)] along with the
corresponding non production databases (Demo, Development, Test, QA)
*? Assist in Production support through troubleshooting and review of issues
? Develop approved customizations
? Work closely with the *Business System Analysts, Administrators, DBAs and
UNIX System Administrator* to support the PeopleSoft enterprise systems.

*Position Requirements:*

? College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or
software engineering
? *2+ years* PeopleSoft development experience with the *Financial and/or
HRMS applications in 8.x+ environments*
? Understanding of *PIA setup, server configuration, troubleshooting,
maintenance and performance tuning*
? Experience with *PeopleTools 8.41, 8.44, 8.48*.
? Familiarity with *Change Assistant, Upgrade Assistant, Integration Broker,
Load balancing on process schedulers, SQL*
? Familiarity with *Weblogic 6.1 and 8.1 administrations*
? Familiarity with *3rd party software (Crystal, nVision, Tuxedo)
*? Experience performing *PeopleSoft project migrations* through the
Development Life Cycle
? Experience maintaining applications
? Good at performing analysis and delivering successful results
? Thorough understanding of platforms such as *UNIX OS and Oracle DB*
? Hands-on software troubleshooting experience
? Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new
technologies.
? Strong written and oral communication skills
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
? Highly logical
? Technically proficient
? Highly self motivated and directed.

? Experience tuning SQL a plus

*Work Conditions:*

? Overtime hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
? Sitting for extended periods of time
? Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and
other devices
? Some travel may be required for the purpose of off-site software
installation.

*REQUIREMENT (3)**:*

*Title: *Predictive Workbench with Data Mining and Business Objects

*Location:* Frankfort, KY

*Duration:* 2 years



*Required Skills:*

We need the following skill set for a Business Objects Data Mining resource
on the project.

·         *3-4 years* of experience on *Predictive Workbench*

·         Must have experience and knowledge of *statistical regression,
K-nearest model*

·         *3-5 Experience* with *Data Mining and Business Objects*

·         Must possess good working knowledge of *Data Warehouse and Data
Marts*

·         Excellent oral and writing skills and must have a pleasant
disposition with willing to work hard and come up with out-of-the box
solutions
