Location : Plymouth Meeting, PA ** Type : Contract Start Date : Immediate Duration :6+months *Description of day to day tasks: * 3 to 4 year of IC data processing experience Understanding of the Callidus TruComp software The Cycle managers should understand underlying IMS data sets. Should understand the data aggregation processes to align data for Incentive Comp(IC) processing. Should understand IC processing functions to calculate comp. They then need to hand the QC functions around the final comp calcs. Should understand Pharma data (IMS data, non-IMS data such as VMOP and CMOP, territory alignments, personnel assignments, etc) and their application to IC (IC plans, business rules, eligibility, etc).
