· Strong hands-on experience on Oracle v11g / 10g
· OCP 10g/11g certified, preferably Peoplesoft certified
· Peoplesoft Financials/HR Upgrade Experience/ PeopleTools

· Exposure to OBIEE, Hyperion
· Creation of new Database environments
· Change Management Expert, exposure to change management tools
· Exposure to ITIL tools preferably BMC Remedy, BMC Patrol
· Performance Tuning Expert
· Backup and Recovery Expert - hands on experience with RMAN
· High availability/DR expert, worked on tools such as EMC SRDF,
BCV,Physical/Logical Standby, Active Data Guard
· Offshore coordination experience
· Strong knowledge of the Unix AIX 6.1 and Windows 2003 operating
systems
· Excellent Communication skills - written and oral
