Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 6 months *Need Senior Systems analyst with ability to document Business and System Requirements.* Job Description: Company initiating a project to implement Oracle's Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) software in the 4th quarter of 2010. As a means of facilitating this effort, the Financial Performance Reporting and Analysis (FPRA) team needs to augment existing staff with a qualified contractor to support pre-project activities related to an HPCM implementation. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: * Collaboration with business SMEs to capture business requirements * Create/document data flows and processes * Research data sources and perform analysis in a mainframe, MS Access or SQL Server environment * Organize, Consolidate, and Reconcile data * Provide insight into migrating business processes onto an HPCM platform * Assist with data integration process Job Requirements: * *Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience working in a finance environment and producing financial deliverables * Experience working with MS Office products, including strong proficiency in MS Excel and Visio * Strong analytical skills * Ability to meet deliverables in a complex and dynamic project environment * Experience working with OLAP reporting functionality (e.g. Cognos, Hyperion, or Siebel) * Experience working with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server) * Bachelors degree or related work experience * Business Specific Criteria (preferred skills): o Experience working with Hyperion Planning software o Cost Accounting experience o Experience writing/reading Structured Query Language (SQL) o Experience using advanced MS tools/functionality (e.g. MS Access, VBA, etc.) o Experience working with Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) software o Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) experience o Experience working in the health insurance industry * * *If interested please fill the following details:* * * Full Name: Phone Number: Home Number: Email ID: Availability: Current Location: Visa Status: Relocation: Face to face: Employer details: If you are interested in this position please respond with updated resume rate and Contact details ASAP.
