Responsibilities will include creating the test plan and detailed test cases based on business requirements, setting up test data, coordinating testing efforts for system and user acceptance testing, performing manual functional testing, and reporting / tracking defects. May participate in the development of user documentation, training materials / job aids. Implement On boarding module to automate new hire paperwork collection, thus eliminating paper forms/ documents that new hires fill out. Provide ability for HR to monitor and audit missing new hire paperwork. Implement document storage for documents collected via On boarding solutions. Implement a pre-hire portal that supports a consistent on-boarding experience, communicates key messages to new hires before their 1st day, and creates a positive first impression about the company. *Skill Set:* - Experience creating test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements documentation - Senior (3-5 years) - QA experience in web environment - coordinating testing efforts, reporting and tracking defects, communicating status of defects with the vendor and project team - Senior (3-5 years) - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail. - Senior (3-5 years) - Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form. - Senior (3-5 years) - Ability to work independently.
