Requirements Gathering - the SharePoint developer will interview each member of the team to document requirements and usage of the website for team as a manager, staff, partner and communication vehicle. 2. Requirements Documentation and Prototype - Designer will build a prototype for the team to confirm navigation, look and feel. 3. Development - Designer will develop and train 2 team members on the tool. 4. Documentation - Design and Training Document will be delivered. 5. Training and Presentation - Designer will provide training to all team members and develop a training presentation for future use.
