Sr. Incident Manager
LOCATION: IRVING, TX
BILL RATE:  up to $80/hour for commensurate experience
LENGTH: 6 MONTHS +

* A strong and proven track record with at least 10 years of Systems Operations 
/ Incident Management experience, preferably in a large financial services 
environment
* 5+ years of management or leadership experience in IT operations, support, or 
service desk
* Experience working in or supporting a line of business function (e.g., 
Product, Operations, Client Delivery, or Business Technology) is a plus
* Experience communicating with Senior Technology and Business leadership
* Incident/ crisis management experience including:
o Ownership
o Classification and initial support
o Escalation/Notification
o Business Impact Analysis

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage all coordination, communication, and escalation of incidents impacting 
the delivery of  services to customers, through an established incident 
management process covering global high severity incidents
* Senior oversight of event management systems for timely incident detection 
and response
