This is *Vijay Karthik* from *MARLABS Inc*. we have an urgent requirement for one of our client in multiple locations *San Francisco, CA.* Kindly go through the requirement and please send me if you have any consultants available to vijay.kart...@marlabs.com. *Title: Cognos Developer* Duration: 6 – 8 weeks Location: San Francisco, CA Interview process: Phone hire *Job Description*: The primary role of the lead Cognos Developer will be to Design and develop reports (views, extracts, filters, access) based on Technical Specifications. · At least 5 years’ experience of Cognos reporting tools (both Query Studio and Report Studio) o Need to be able to modify existing Cognos Query Studio reports and Report Studio reports with more than 10 queries · At least 5 years’ experience of writing SQL against Microsoft SQL Server o Need to be able to read and understand existing stored procedures o Need to be able to modify existing stored procedures o Need to be able to write SQL statement against SQL Server · Able to perform report validation against SQL Server · Able to provide Level of Effort base of requirement · Retail experience is a plus *Project for this engagement:* Currently we have 1 DC to fulfill dotcom orders. We are going to add another DC to fulfill dotcom orders. So there are more than 50 reports that may need to modify to include the second DC.
