Hi,

you cannot compare Ajax.NET with Atlas. Atlas will be something like
an AJAX and Web 2.0 framework, which will fit in the ASP.NET world.
Ajax.NET is a simple to use AJAX framework which let you exchange data
with the server. In Ajax.NET you have no controls, but you can do
anything what is available in the Web 2.0 idea like an auto complete
control.

If you are using Ajax.NET you will see that it is optimized to have
less traffic (data sent to the client or server). This will speed up
you web application. When comparing with other frameworks you will see
that Ajax.NET cannot be used by switching a configuration, no,
Ajax.NET is for those you want to build professional web applications.
Currently my opinion on those new frameworks is that the are working
great for demos or maybe web beginners, but for professional web
applications it is too much.

Regards,
Michael
