It occurs virtually on every call, the first call sometimes being the exception. I only tested on two different 2003 machines, and witnessed the problem on both. On the other machine, I see this not quiet as often, but still frequently enough. The call might work on several consecutive attempts, but ultimately the HTTP 100 message makes an entrance, and once it does, it continues until I reload the page.
