I see. I noticed two things on your feedback.aspx page. First, you extended form class and pass back to server a 'data[]', which looks to me is a Dictionary datatype. Is it the datatype you use to receive the 'data[]' on server side?
second, you included <script type='text/javascript' src='prototype.ashx' />. Is this the way you include 'prototype.js' script? Can you tell me how? By the way, this page doesn't work with Firefox though.
