I just got this error as well, there are a few threads out there, what
solved it for me was ensuring that these lines (specifically the 1st
two)

<script type="text/javascript" src='/ajaxpro/ms.ashx'></script>
<script type="text/javascript"

were before my reference to the function "addNamespace"
