You missed the httphandler in the web.config.
<httpHandlers>
<add verb="POST,GET" path="ajaxpro/*.ashx"
type="AjaxPro.AjaxHandlerFactory, AjaxPro"/>
</httpHandlers>
This needs to be added to the System.Web section.
