With version 6.5.4.1 I added the WebAjaxErrorEvent that needs more permissions, too. To get it working I have removed this event from the common Ajax.NET assembly. Please try the new version from http://www.ajaxpro.info/, maybe it is working without the events. If you are using it you have to use <AjaxPro.2(including webevent).dll> and rename it to <AjaxPro.2.dll>.
