why not? There a different ways to do this, one example below:

[AjaxPro.AjaxMethod]
public static bool SaveJavaScriptArray(AjaxPro.JavaScriptArray a)
{
    XmlDocument doc = AjaxPro.JavaScriptUtil.ConvertIJavaScriptObjectToXml(a);
    doc.Save(HttpContext.Server.MapPath("~/App_Data/xxx.xml"));
    return true;
}
