I know it is hitting the SQL Server because I had it write to a dummy table the record count. I will need to find a different environment since that is a production server. The only other difference is that the application is running using port 82. Do you think that may cause problems?

Maybe, i don't know. My applications runs fine in IIS6. Did your Server
function returns the right data also in the server? You may setup remote
debugging if you have access to the server.
