You can only access a DataTable via the actual column names...
 
 
dt.Rows[0].FirstName
dt.Rows[0].LastName
 
This assumes that the DataTable has two columns names FirstName and LastName

Sorry, i forgot the .Name.

var dt = ds.Tables[0];
alert(dt.Rows[0][dt.Columns[0].Name]);
