Nevermind I found it. For those who are wondering go to: Administrative Tools -> Internet Information Systems -> expand local computer -> expand websites -> right click the virtual server your working on (usually just "Default Web Site") -> Properties -> Home Directory Tab -> Configuration Button -> Select the .ashx extension -> Edit Button -> Check That File Exists Tab should be unchecked.
