It looks like you have an issue with your JavaScript file these are always difficult to debug.
First look at the page the is causing the error. Make sure it is syntaxically correct, then look at other include or src = files. You might want to put a debuuger statement as the first line in your JavaScript file to start the Visual Studio debugger.
