I figured it out.
I had to add a few things to my Web.Config file.
In:
<configuration>
<configSections>
I added:
<sectionGroup name="ajaxNet">
<section name="ajaxSettings"
type="AjaxPro.AjaxSettingsSectionHandler,AjaxPro.2"
requirePermission="false" restartOnExternalChanges="true" />
</sectionGroup>
Then I added:
<ajaxNet>
<ajaxSettings>
<oldStyle>
<includeMsPrototype/>
</oldStyle>
</ajaxSettings>
</ajaxNet>
To the config file. Errors are gone and my AutoComplete is functioning.
