[ajaxpro] how to make an click-editable DIV with javascript?

it looks just like the editable title at http://www.netvibes.com/ .but i don't know how to make it.i attach an onclick event to the div element,and when it's clicked,a textarea appears if there's no textarea before click,and becomes a simple div again otherwise.but how to change the value in the text area?when i try to edit it,it just catches the 'onclick' event,and becomes the simple div.Thanks in advance.
