You can either set it up "globaly" with AjaxPro.onLoading =
function(b){}....
Or you can execute a specific function for each call by passing the
function as a parameter.

Namespace.Classname.Method(arg1, arg2, arg3, ... callback, context,
onLoading, onError, onTimeout, onStateChanged);

Just pass in a function for the onLoading portion....
