dis is kalaivanan. I am new to ajax.
I did not know how to read from a xml file using javascript.
I am using the following code. But i am not able to fetch the value
from the xml file.
var xmlDoc = new ActiveXObject("Microsoft.XMLDOM");
var xmlObj = null;
xmlDoc.async="false";
xmlDoc.load("test.xml");
xmlObj = xmlDoc.documentElement.childNodes;
//alert(xmlObj);
item_code.innerText = xmlObj.item(0).text;
//alert(item_code.innerText )
