Actually, I am using Ajax.NET because it is simple to use and so separate from MS technologies. I feel that I am more in control over an open source software and also it doesn't bring that Microsoft pattern to my code. So I guess each to his own, but remember the Golden Hammer idea. Maybe Atlas is better than AjaxPro in some situations, but sometimes the oposite is true. Sticking with only one technology when it's not the case would only hurt you.
