Hi Brighton, This question is too vague. In general Akka systems benefit from multiple cores, and JVMs benefit from more RAM (up to a point where it doesn't, then you might want to look into Azul for example) but otherwise this is fairly use-case specific. Typesafe offers consulting if you need specific tuning advice for your application.
